Special rates for Christmas and New Year 2012 :
- Christmas week or week-end : from wednesday 21st or thursday 22nd, december till next wednesday : 690 euros for the week or the week end,
- New year's week or week end : from Thursday 29th december till Thursday 5th january 2012 : 850 euros for the week or the week-end.
This price includes stay tax and water charges, it does not include electricity charges which are billed at the end of the stay according to the meter reading (see below for details of tariff) .
The Weekly rentals start From Saturday after 4 pm and will end on Saturday before 10 am
Outside of school periods we can offer rentals in the week with arrival during the week (eg Tuesday between 18 and 21h at next Tuesday between 12 and 14h) - Feel free to contact us.The rental of weekends begins on Friday evening between 6 pm and 8 pm or Saturday morning between 10 am and 12 am to Sunday before 6 pm - possibility to extend the weekend at cost of 60 euros per night.
The mid-week rentals starts from Monday evening between 6 pm and 8 pm to 6 pm Thursday
Bed linen rental (available only from 15 March up to 1st November) :
Two options :
a) Economic service: Bed linen provided, not ironed and laid on the bed (to put on duvets and pillows) : 4 euros per single bed and 7 euros per double bed.
b) or bed linen provided, ironed and beds are made upon arrival : 8 euros per single bed and 14 euros per double bed.
If you prefer to bring your own bed linen, please note that you will need : 4 duvet covers 220 x 240 cms and 4 duvet covers 140 x 200 cms - fitted sheets dims : 140 x 190 (3 beds) - 160 x 200 (1 bed) - 90 x 200 : 4 beds - 12 pillow cases 63 x 63The bath towels are not provided - you must therefore come with your bath towels.
We also let wood logs for you to enjoy warm evenings around the wood stove.
The cottage must be returned in the same place than you found it. If you do not want to clean at the end of the stay, You can take the option of an household: 59 € for the full cottage
Electric charges, including heating and hot water tank, are billed at the end of your stay at following rate :
- night hours: 0,08 € / kw
- Peak hours: 0.15 € / kw
A deposit of 30% of total rental is required at booking.
This deposit will not be refund in case of cancellation . However if you let us know right in advance about your cancellation and we manage to have the cottage rented for the period you have cancelled, your deposit will remain valid for another journey you book with us.The balance of the rental is payable upon arrival.
Amount of guarantee: 500 euros to be paid upon arrival. This guarantee will be used to pay any damage or loss occurred during your stay. If everything is in good order at the end of the stay, the guarantee will be returned to you. The house is expected to comfortably accommodate 12 guests.
We accept nevertheless to accommodate additional persons with an additional rate of 25 euros per person per week, or 19 euros per person per weekend or midweek - The additional beds for these persons are not provided - you must therefore bring them along (mattresses, pillows and blankets)
